Jenna Cooper recently joined Singularitee as Sales Director with her role being to focus on growing and maintaining their client relations. Singularitee’s Challenges

Singularitee had a customer who was moving offices at short notice and needed a temporary internet service to support the business whilst their new Fibre Leased line was installed. Having considered various internet options to bridge the gap, the main challenge was guaranteeing the performance and consistency needed to support their business applications including VOIP telephony.

The Solution

Everything Voice were able to propose a temporary 4G connection to resolve the lack of high speed internet when they initially moved in to their office. 4G was able to offer a quality, reliable and high speed connection and was very quick to implement taking less than a week from order to implementation.

Everything Voice worked hard to ensure a strong resilient solution was achieved and met all the internet needs and timeframes of the business, allowing them to operate with uninterrupted access to cloud and internet based applications as they had done previously. The 4G equipment was pre-configured by Everything Voice technicians and delivered it to site, ready to use.

The Future

Since Singularitee first worked with Everything Voice, they have worked together on a further project to deploy a new hosted VoIP telephony platform within their business. Everything Voice are specialists in Wildix VoIP technology and through implementing a more modern communications system, Singularitee have been able to offer greater flexibility to their workforce, with the features now available through their new platform which allows them to communicate anytime, anywhere through any device.
